Great experience living here! I lived in a 3 person townhouse for 1 year and just recently moved into a 2 person townhouse. The units are cozy and comfortable. Minimal issues/repairs that were quickly resolved by maintenance. The complex is pet friendly and welcoming.
One of the largest perks about living here is the leasing manager– Brandy Lawrence. She is warm, welcoming, and accommodating She went above and beyond any chance she got. She helped with applying, move in dates, maintenance requests, pet questions, etc. She worked closely with us to make this house a home. We appreciate all that she has done and continues to do.
I highly recommend Cooper Street Apartments!

Couldn’t say more about how great this place is! Great units with lots of space and great neighbors. Any problem we have with the unit maintenance takes care of in a timely manner and a positive attitude all throughout.
The best part in my experience has been the property manager Brandy Lawrence! She went above and beyond what her job requirements are and does it all with a smile on her face. She has a very warm and welcoming demeanor which really makes all the difference. I can only imagine how stressful the position she has can be but she does not let it show at all. She is truly the cherry on top when it comes to these apartments. I can’t say enough nice things about her or this place but I will leave it there! Highly recommend and hope to see you as one of my neighbors soon!

I have lived in 3 different apartments in Slippery Rock and Cooper Street has by far been the BEST! These updated units are so spacious and just what we were looking for. Brandy is such an amazing landlord who really cares about all of her tenants. She is so understanding and really makes this place feel like home. The maintenance here is also amazing. They are so attentive and helpful whenever we need them. We are so sad to be leaving Slippery Rock and leaving Cooper Street Apartments but happy to recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

I love the Cooper St. Apartments!! My bf has lived here with his two other roommates for the past 2 years, and it’s in such a great area. It’s a 5 min. walk from Ginger Hill, Dunkin, and Main Street in general. The area is very quiet and there’s even an outdoor area, that’s enclosed within the complex’s multiple buildings, which is great for pets, setting up a hammock, and more! I was looking for an apartment for myself and Brandy, the property manager, has been nothing short of accommodating. She has gone out of her way to help with paperwork(online), assisting me in finding a roommate, and ultimately just being super friendly and personable. I would recommend this place 100x over!! Rent is VERY reasonable as well, so that’s a definite plus in this economy!!!

So far living here has been great! We just moved in over month ago and Brandy was awesome with helping us get an apartment in the short amount of time we had to move. She answers quickly and does her best to help you with any concerns.
Currently they are remodeling the units since under new ownership. Luckily we got one of the apartments that were already remodeled and we have nothing to complain about. Its quiet, close to campus, and animal friendly. One of the best places we’ve lived in thus far!

They’ve had a management change and Brandy in the office has been wonderful to work with! She’s gradually been working at updating/fixing things around the property that have been long overdue and anything you need she’s prompt to get back to you.

Very spacious apartments with lots of storage space. Also having a little yard is a very nice touch. Landlord is very nice and easy to talk with. Great place overall!
